This is a beautiful, 2 Ply, high quality Pashmina & Silk Shawl, very soft to touch, and warm for cold evenings. It is fully reversible and two tone, having a lighter tone and equally beautiful design on the reverse side. It has intricate floral patterns in the coloured main body of the shawl, containing leafy motifs and floral creepers. This shawl has a hashia frame border along all four edges, with Kulka Botehs. It has a 4 inch, hand twisted gold fringe at each end. This shawl originates from the Azad region of Kashmir, which includes a significant part of the Himalayas, where Capra Hircus Goats live - it is wool from the underbelly of this goat which provides the wool for Pashmina shawls.
