This is a beautiful, 2 Ply, high quality 100% Pashmina Shawl, very soft to touch, and warm for cold evenings. It is fully reversible and two tone, having a lighter and equally beautiful design on the reverse side. It has intricate paisley and floral patterns in the coloured main body of the shawl. This shawl has a hashia frame border along all four edges, with Kulka Boteh motifs in the frame at each end. It has a 4 inch, hand twisted fringe at each end. This shawl originates from Kud, near Jammu in the lower Himalayas in Southern Kashmir. This area is a source of many artistic designs reflected in Pashmina shawls from the region. The primary colour of this Shawl is entwined with Gold in many of the patterns, and Olive Green in the floral features.
